You must create your ultimate Christmas wish-list outfit; adding your own personal inspiration, originality and trend influence. Each look must be given a title and description that explains the personal interpretation you have given the outfit.

PRIZES:
The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize and the prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.
All prize winners will be contacted by ASOS Fashion Finder via the email address registered to their ASOS Fashion Finder account. Prizes will be sent to the winner by the retailer who is hosting the prize, therefore the winners details will be given to the retailer in order to arrange delivery of the prize.  If you are a winner and you have queries regarding the prize, please contact the retailers Head Office. Daily winners will be contacted the day following their win with details of their prize and how to redeem.  Winners have 48 hours to respond to ASOS Fashion Finder’s email telling them they have won. If there is no response within the time the prize will be offered to another entrant.  
If you are the winner of any of the available ASOS Gift Voucher prizes for this competition, please note that Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase ASOS Premier or ASOS Gift Vouchers, and may not be used on ASOS Marketplace or Fashion Finder, and may not be redeemed against shipping costs.

JUDGING DAILY PRIZES: 
Each day of the competition, for the daily judging, all entries received by midnight the previous day will go through a shortlist process by the Fashion Finder editorial team.  Each daily winner will be chosen by a judging panel consisting of Fashion Finder Brand Manager Jemma Pronger, Fashion Finder Community Coordinator Stacey Malvern and an independent judge.

EXTRA NOTES ON ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to residents of the UK only, who are 18 years or over.
ASOS staff and affiliated retailers and agencies are not permitted to enter this competition.

This competition is valid in all countries where it is legally permissible. It is possible to enter more than once if you are feeling creative, but please be aware that you cannot win more than one prize level within each competition. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is an original work, belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

JUDGING:

Most of our competitions are open to subjective interpretation, therefore they will be judged by an independent judge or a panel including one independent judge. In these cases all entries received by the closing date stated on the promotional material will normally go through a shortlist process and the winners will be selected from the shortlist by the judge(s).

If we run a competition with a prize draw, then winners will be selected from all the valid qualifying entries by a random draw.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.

WINNERS:

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date contact details. We will not be liable for any failure, delay or inability to contact you. In some circumstances you will need to provide a valid delivery address in order to receive your prize.

If you are a potential winner, we will contact you at the email address you provided and/or through the Fashion Finder messaging service within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, and may ask you to verify your personal details. If you have not replied within 48 hours or you do not meet the eligibility requirements we mentioned above, we reserve the right to withdraw a potential prize.

PRIZES:

Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for a cash alternative except at the sole discretion of ASOS.

Prizes are subject to availability and may also be subject to a sponsor’s or supplier’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated in the competition promotional material. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises.
