Competition Terms & Conditions

SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STARBUCKS AND ASOS FASHION FINDER.
Note: These special terms and conditions override the competition general terms and conditions if there is any conflict between them.

COMPETITION DATES:
Full competition: 09.00 (GMT) on 14 May and closes midnight (GMT) on 5 August 2012.   
This competition will comprise 12 consecutive separate weekly competitions. Each weekly competition will open 09:00 (GMT) on the Monday of that week, and close at midnight (GMT), on the Sunday of that week, Week 8 which opens at 09:00 (GMT) on 2 July and closes midnight (GMT) on 8 July 2012.

THE CRITERIA: 
To enter the competition, create an outfit inspired by the featured trend each week and Starbucks new Frappuccino flavour; adding your own personal touch and trend-led inspiration. Each outfit must be given a title and description that explains the personal interpretation you have given the outfit.   Each competition entry must include reference to Starbucks Frappuccino (either a picture of the drink, bottle or the logo, or ingredients elements.
If we love it, you could be in with a chance of winning one of the following prizes each week:
1 x 1st Prize:  £40 worth of ASOS product linked to that week’s theme, plus Starbucks goody bag worth £50.
1 x 2nd Prize: £20 ASOS vouchers, plus Starbucks goody bag worth £50
1 x 3rd Prize: Starbucks goody bag worth £50
Each week the 2 highest community voted outfits will also be entered into the full competition shortlist for a chance to win one of the main prizes listed below. If one of the 2 highest community voted outfits is also an ASOS-selected winner that week, the next-highest community voted outfit will be chosen.  
After 12 weekly competitions the 36 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners and 24 community voted outfits will go before a judging panel to be in with the chance of winning the following prize:

The competition will be judged on the criteria that the entrant has understood the theme and translated it to be unique to them.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION FOR UNMISSABLE
•	All dates subject to availability at the time of booking.
•	Due to manufacturers continually changing and updating models, the product offered may be substituted for an alternative to an equivalent value   
•	There is no cash alternative.
•	Prices cover dates to the end of June 2013 
•	Travel is not permitted over Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and dates during the 2012 Olympics period.  Any other exclusion dates specified if applicable. 
•	Trips to the USA must include a Saturday night.
•	Where applicable, prices are based on two people sharing a double/ twin room.
•	Please note, where insurance is included, it covers winners up to 69 years of age and that there may be a supplement payable for winners 70 or over.  Also note that we are not able to insure winners with pre-existing medical conditions.
•	For trips to the USA, under the new regulations the min age for check-in at hotels is 21 years, so at least one winner must be aged 21 or over.
•	All prices include our dedicated Prize Winner Liaison and Management Service.   
•	Minimum age is 18 years.
•	Please note that Unmissable is not responsible for seeking permission for the use of any brand/ celebrity name or high profile sporting, fashion, entertainment and music events prizes, which we may suggest as concepts. The responsibility lies with our clients to appreciate that sponsors may already be in place for such events and that they may not be able to directly 'pass off' their brand alongside another for promotional purposes or use such events as prizes for promotions in the public domain.  In these instances Unmissable may be able to offer advice but suggest that you consult your legal department over any potential conflict of brand interests.
•	All confirmed bookings are subject to Unmissable Ltds terms and conditions and are available on request.

PRIZES:
The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize.
Weekly prize: all prize winners will be contacted by ASOS via the email address registered to their ASOS Fashion Finder account. Prizes will be sent to winner by ASOS head office. 
Full competition: the winner will be contacted by ASOS via the email address registered to their ASOS Fashion Finder account. The Main Prize will be co-ordinated & fulfilled by Unmissable. Contact their head office for all questions regarding the prize.

JUDGING 1ST & 2ND & OVERALL PRIZES: 
Judging for 12 weekly competitions:
All entries received by midnight on the Sunday of each weekly competition will go through a shortlist process.  1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be judged by the ASOS Fashion Finder editorial team. 
The 2 entries with the most ‘loves’ at the end of the each weekly competition will be entered into the final main competition. If the two entries with the most ‘loves’ at the end of the week have already been placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in that week’s judging the next highly voted outfit will be entered. A ‘love’ is a classed as a vote on ASOS Fashion Finder. 
Judging for the main competition:
The 36 winners from the 12 weekly competitions and 24 community voted outfits will then go before a judging panel consisting of Fashion Finder editor Kelly Bowerbank, Brand Manager Jemma Pronger, a Starbucks representative and an independent judge.

EXTRA NOTES ON ELIGIBILITY
Unfortunately due to local laws only residents of the UK are eligible for this competition.
The same outfit cannot be entered into the full competition judging twice. A member can be entered more than once with different outfits on different weeks of the 12 week competition.    
You must be over 18 years-old to enter and must have a valid UK passport. On winning the competition the individual will be asked to send a photocopy of their current passport via email to verify their age and address. Failure to do this will result in the prize being offered to the second prize winner.  
ASOS staff, affiliated agencies and Starbucks staff are not permitted to enter this competition

Competition details on the promotional material and competition details page form part of the terms and conditions, such as prizes, starting and ending dates, and any special entry criteria or prize conditions.

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is valid in all countries where it is legally permissible. If you are 18 years or over and are not an employee including contract and agency staff or agent of ASOS (or the employee’s or agent’s family), then you can enter this competition. We may ask for proof of age or identity at the finalist stage, just to be sure. Using false details will result in disqualification.

There is no purchase necessary. If you do not already have a Fashion Finder member’s account you will be asked to join, which only takes a few seconds. If you are already a member of Fashion Finder, you will be asked to log in to your account as part of the entry process.

As this is an online competition, it is necessary for you to have access to the Internet and to have an active email address.

It is possible to enter more than once if you are feeling creative, but please be aware that you cannot win more than one prize level within each competition. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is an original work, belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

JUDGING:

Most of our competitions are open to subjective interpretation, therefore they will be judged by an independent judge or a panel including one independent judge. In these cases all entries received by the closing date stated on the promotional material will normally go through a shortlist process and the winners will be selected from the shortlist by the judge(s).

If we run a competition with a prize draw, then winners will be selected from all the valid qualifying entries by a random draw.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.

WINNERS:

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date contact details. We will not be liable for any failure, delay or inability to contact you. In some circumstances you will need to provide a valid delivery address in order to receive your prize.

If you are a potential winner, we will contact you at the email address you provided and/or through the Fashion Finder messaging service within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, and may ask you to verify your personal details. If you have not replied within 48 hours or you do not meet the eligibility requirements we mentioned above, we reserve the right to withdraw a potential prize.

PRIZES:

Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for a cash alternative except at the sole discretion of ASOS.

Prizes are subject to availability and may also be subject to a sponsor’s or supplier’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated in the competition promotional material. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises.

In the case where event tickets are awarded as a prize, it is not possible to sell or give these on to a third party. Unless otherwise stated, travel and/or accommodation will not be provided for the event. If you are unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and retained to be distributed to the next placed entry.

If your prize involves travelling to another country, it is your responsibility to arrange visas if necessary. We do not have any information on travel visas, nor will we become involved in the arrangement of these.

If your prize involves attending an event, be aware that unless otherwise stated we accept no responsibility for the organisation or monitoring of the event.
