SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN PART 2 COMPETITION WITH ASOS FASHION FINDER.
Note: These special terms and conditions override the competition general terms and conditions if there is any conflict between them.

COMPETITION DATES: 
This competition opens at 09:00 (GMT) on 09 October and closes midnight (GMT) on 31 October 2012.

THE CRITERIA: 
To enter the competition put together an outfit inspired by The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2; adding your own personal touch and trend-led inspiration. Each outfit must be given a title and description that explains the personal interpretation they have given the outfit. If we love it, you could be in with a chance of winning one of the following prizes:

- 1 x 1st Prize:  x2 tickets to the London premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. Plus, a styling experience for 2 at ASOS.com head office in London, prior to the premiere. Including £250 towards travel and accommodation. 
- 1 x 2nd Prize: Goody bag worth £25, the DVD collection of The Twilight Saga, plus a copy of Breaking Dawn the book.
- 1 x 3rd Prize: Goody bag worth £25, plus a copy of Breaking Dawn the book.
The competition will be judged on the criteria that the entrant has understood the theme and translated it to be unique to them.

JUDGING & PRIZES:
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize.
The first prize winner must be able to attend, with x1 guest of their choice, the premiere on November 14th in London, United Kingdom. If the first prize winner cannot attend the premiere, the x2 tickets will be offered to the second place winner and so on until a suitable attendee is chosen.

The first prize winner will receive £250 towards the cost of travel and accommodation on attending the premiere. There is a UK restriction on travel. Think Jam are responsible for fulfilling the travel and accommodation supplement. Please direct all questions regarding travel and accommodation supplement to Think Jam.  
As part of the first prize, the winner will receive a styling experience for two prior to the London premiere. To take place at ASOS.com, Great London House, Hampstead Road, NW1 7FB on November 14th, by pre-arranged appointment using the contact details provided at the time of notification that you have won. The winner is responsible for their own transport costs to and from ASOS.com head office, London. The styling experience will consist of hair and make-up styling x2, including the gifting of x1 ASOS outfit per guest which will be pre-ordered before November 14th.
All winners will be contacted by ASOS Fashion Finder via the email address registered to their ASOS Fashion Finder account. Prizes will be fulfilled by Think Jam. Think Jam will contact the winner via the email address registered to their ASOS Fashion Finder account with details of how to claim their prize.

JUDGING 1ST & OVERALL PRIZES: 
All entries received by midnight on 31 October 2012 will go through a shortlist process; shortlisted outfits will be selected by the ASOS Fashion Finder editorial team. The winners will be selected from the shortlist by a judging panel comprised of the Fashion Finder Editor Kelly Bowerbank, Fashion Finder Brand Manager Jemma Pronger and an independent judge.

EXTRA NOTES ON ELIGIBILITY
Unfortunately due to local law this competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
ASOS staff and agencies are not permitted to enter this competition.
For the grand prize, at least one of the premiere ticket holders in the group has to be 18 years of age. 
Think Jam staff and agencies and ASOS employees and agents are not permitted to enter this competition, nor any employee or company associated with the production or promotion of the Twilight films and books. This promotion is operated by Think Jam of 55-63 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EN and ASOS.com Limited of Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7FB.

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is valid in all countries where it is legally permissible. If you are 18 years or over and are not an employee including contract and agency staff or agent of ASOS (or the employee’s or agent’s family), then you can enter this competition. We may ask for proof of age or identity at the finalist stage, just to be sure. Using false details will result in disqualification.

There is no purchase necessary. If you do not already have a Fashion Finder member’s account you will be asked to join, which only takes a few seconds. You can register as a member of Fashion Finder free of charge at [http://fashionfinder.asos.com/]. If you are already a member of Fashion Finder, you will be asked to log in to your account as part of the entry process.

As this is an online competition, it is necessary for you to have access to the Internet and to have an active email address.

It is possible to enter more than once if you are feeling creative, but please be aware that you cannot win more than one prize level within each competition. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is an original work, belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

JUDGING:

Most of our competitions are open to subjective interpretation, therefore they will be judged by an independent judge or a panel including one independent judge. In these cases all entries received by the closing date stated on the promotional material will normally go through a shortlist process and the winners will be selected from the shortlist by the judge(s).

If we run a competition with a prize draw, then winners will be selected from all the valid qualifying entries by a random draw.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.

WINNERS:

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date contact details. We will not be liable for any failure, delay or inability to contact you. In some circumstances you will need to provide a valid delivery address in order to receive your prize.

If you are a potential winner, we will contact you at the email address you provided and/or through the Fashion Finder messaging service within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, and may ask you to verify your personal details. If you have not replied within 48 hours or you do not meet the eligibility requirements we mentioned above, we reserve the right to withdraw a potential prize.

PRIZES:

Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for a cash alternative except at the sole discretion of ASOS.

Prizes are subject to availability and may also be subject to a sponsor’s or supplier’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated in the competition promotional material. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises.

In the case where event tickets are awarded as a prize, it is not possible to sell or give these on to a third party. Unless otherwise stated, travel and/or accommodation will not be provided for the event. If you are unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and retained to be distributed to the next placed entry.

If your prize involves travelling to another country, it is your responsibility to arrange visas if necessary. We do not have any information on travel visas, nor will we become involved in the arrangement of these.

If your prize involves attending an event, be aware that unless otherwise stated we accept no responsibility for the organisation or monitoring of the event. We shall not be liable for any event that is cancelled by a third party. If you do attend an event as part of a prize, you are attending it in your personal capacity and not as an employee, agent, or representative of ASOS.

If you are awarded ASOS vouchers as a prize, you will need to sign up to an ASOS.com account (if you do not already have one), so that we can credit you with the voucher amount. Please note that although this is an international competition the vouchers will be allotted in Pounds Sterling. Due to exchange rates this voucher will be worth the equivalent Pounds Sterling amount in your local currency on ASOS.com on the date you spend your voucher; you may wish to set your currency to GBP in order to get the full value. You may spend the voucher value as you wish on ASOS.com, as long as the voucher is valid, but it cannot be used against purchases made on Marketplace or on other retailers on Fashion Finder.
