Meet Our Spotlight

We love a fashion duo, especially when it's a pair of stylish siblings. Poppy and Cara Delevingne, Mary-Kate and Ashley, Elle and Dakota Fanning; there are some seriously stylish sisters on the fashion circuit. But this week, sisters Stef and Jess of fashion blog, How Two Live, are in the spotlight for their match-matchy, bright colour loving, 'never-spotted-without-sunglasses' style. Who says studs, fur and florals is too much in one outfit?! Not these ladies and spotting their daily looks, we couldn't agree more.

Tribal Twins

During PFW we were dressed by a different Australian label each day; on this particular day we were wearing Ixiah. The outfits started with the crochet bibs, as we loved that they were a little crazy. As you can tell we like to dress in matching outfits and both fell in love with the shoes. They aren’t for sale; they were just wedges that the label wrapped in fabric for a photo shoot. When they saw how much we loved them they agreed to let us wear them!

Q & A:

What are your wardrobe workhorses?

At the moment our wardrobe has a bit of a 70s theme to it – so flares, furs and platforms are a must! We also have matching gold ‘Stef’ and ‘Jess’ name necklaces that we’re usually wearing.

How would your friends decribe your style?

The first thing most people would probably say would be ‘over the top’. We take that as a compliment! Our wardrobe incorporates a little bit of everything. So depending on the mood we could be described as grungy, girly or flamboyant.

Fave fashion reads?

We have some great fashion magazines in Australia; Fashion Journal and Frankie and Russh and are just a few of our favourites. When it comes to blogs we have a weakness for food blogs, we love Food Porn Daily and What Katie Ate.

Dream trolley dash?

Miss Piggy is a serious fashionista, with a major taste for designer fashion. Between her glam gowns and extensive glove collection, that is one well-dressed pig. Raiding her wardrobe would be the ultimate.

Style crush?

We’re big fans of the Olsen twins. We’ve grown up around the same time as them and have admired their styles from when they were rocking fluoro hair scrunchies to when they discovered high fashion.
